Is there life after death?
According to Michaela, there is.
There are many reports in the news today about people who are thought to be dead–people who leave their bodies and enter another dimension where they experience ineffable peace and unconditional love. Michaela’s is one of those stories. The difference with Michaela’s tale is that she was only nineteen when it happened, and she came back to tell us about it.
It’s a great story. I hope it inspires you as it has me.
My question for the week is, what do Michaela and Annie Bloom have in common? The answer is, of course, in my novel This Side of Forever? When you’ve finished reading the book, I’d love to hear what you think. Do you or somebody you know belong to Annie and Michaela’s somewhat exclusive club? Indicate in your subject line if your comments include a story “Spoiler.”

What a story! I especially like how Michaela says that she thinks differently about the time we have on this earth and that death is a celebration, a graduation to another level. Her message provides hope for us all.
I agree. Her message does provide hope for us all. It reminds me that we don’t really understand what anything means on this planet with our somewhat limited vision, but we can learn to open our minds and our hearts to infinite possibilities. As always, thanks for visiting and for your comments.
